Vienna, Amsterdam 4th November 2024 - PropTech company iDWELL raises around EUR 10 million from Knight Capital and existing international investors such as Flashpoint Venture Capital and Wecken & Cie. This investment will drive growth, invest in an even smarter property management platform and expand the offering and service portfolio.
iDWELL announces the successful completion of its financing round. The renowned investor, Knight Capital, as well as existing investors such as Flashpoint Venture and Wecken & Cie. invested in the innovative PropTech company.
Expansion is being driven forward
Around 750 property management companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland already use iDWELL's innovative property management platform. The Software as a Service (SaaS) solution is already used to manage 1.5 million residential units.

The fresh funds will be used to further expand the company's leading position in the field of real estate management. “The focus will be on developing even more efficient property management based on artificial intelligence (AI), expanding the range of financial and insurance solutions and broadening the service portfolio”, explains Anna Matzenberger, COO of iDWELL.
