Strategy

We mostly focus on companies with proven business models, most often found in companies with at least $1-2 million in annual revenue
⁠⁠We predominantly invest B2B software and tech-enabled solutions, however, opportunistically open to marketplaces and consumer apps.
Vertical wise we are quite agnostics, but have done substantial work across 5 broad categories: hospitality, real-estate, developer tools, b2b fintech, healthcare IT.
Initial check size of US$1 – 10M, following up to US$30m over the life of our investment from the fund and captable to exercise ours pro-rata via our LP co-investments across late-stage.
We seek 10–20% stakes depending on the company stage and check size. Flashpoint often sits on the board to spend meaningful time with our founders and unlock value.
We seek to build a long-term partnership with companies in assisting them to rationalize their captables and increase temporal alignment among shareholders.
