Stephen Polakoff joined Flashpoint in 2021 as a Partner and General Counsel.
With over 25 years of experience, Stephen has served as general counsel, legal advisor, director, and project manager at various corporates, funds, and law firms, including roles at Deutsche Bank (UFG), Integra Group, Clifford Chance, Damac Properties, and several funds.
He has worked in New York, Moscow, Dubai, and now Barcelona, gaining diverse experience across sectors such as joint ventures, M&A, capital markets, debt and equity financing, infrastructure, and funds. Stephen has also held board positions in listed entities and private equity funds.
He graduated from Georgetown University Law School.
