Lukas Harustiak is a Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at Direct Secondary Fund. He focuses on investigating and evaluating potential investment opportunities, primarily in Series B+ stage companies.
Previously, Lukas held roles in corporate finance and operations in tech companies, led growth equity transactions at Valiance (a London-based investment firm), and worked in M&A and capital structure advisory with RBS/ABN Amro.
He holds a Master’s in Management, with distinction, from ESCP Europe in Paris and is a CFA charterholder.
