Previously, he held roles as Director and Associate in Investment Banking at UBS, where he focused on media/telecom and financial services in the CIS, completing over 20 investment banking transactions. Earlier in his career, Alex was an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, specializing in the European Telecom, Media, and Technology group and the Leveraged Finance group. He also worked as a Consultant in Transaction Support at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Alex has extensive experience leading various corporate finance transactions, including M&A, IPOs, private placements, leveraged buyouts, and debt raising and restructuring. He has lived in Kyiv, Azerbaijan, St. Petersburg, and Berlin and spent a year studying in the U.S.

Alex Konoplyasty holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations.
