Lukas Harustiak is a Partner and Investment Committee member at Flashpoint Secondary Fund. Lukas works principally on investigating and evaluating potential investment opportunities with a focus on Series B+ stage companies.
Previously, he held corporate finance and operating roles in tech companies, led growth equity transactions at Valiance, a London based investment firm, and worked in M&A and capital structure advisory with RBS/ABN Amro. He holds a Masters in Management, with distinction, from ESCP Europe in Paris and is a CFA charterholder.
