Denis Mosolov joined Flashpoint in 2021 as a Managing Partner of its Venture Debt platform. Denis is involved in all aspects of the business, including strategy, deal origination and execution, post investment monitoring and portfolio management. Denis and the Venture Debt team are working with the most innovative and exciting businesses and now focusing on backing founders from the CEE, Baltic regions as well as Finland and Israel, from startups to growth stage.
Previously, Denis spent 13 years at Macquarie Group, a global financial services organisation, as a Managing Director and Head of South East Europe for its Infrastructure & Real Assets business.
Denis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Actuarial Studies.
