Alex Konoplyasty is a co-founder and the Managing Partner of Flashpoint Venture Capital. Alex Konoplyasty was Director and Associate in Investment Banking at UBS. He was coveragebanker for media/telecom and financial services in the CIS and completed over 20 investment banking transactions. He was Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the European Telecom Media Technology group and the Leveraged Finance group. He was Consultant of Transaction Support at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Alex Konoplyasty has wide experience of leading all types of corporate finance transactions: M&A, IPO, private placements, leverage buy-outs, raising and restructuring debt.
Alex had previously lived in Kyiv, Azerbaijan, St. Petersburg, Berlin, and had studied in the US for a year. Alex Konoplyasty studied BA/MA in International Economics Relations.
